Help the homeless

Can you imagine waking up not knowing were you are going to sleep the next night? Well that is one of the challenges a homeless has to face. I strongly think that people should help the homeless.  Some people you could help is people who can’t pay for their house, people who are hit by tornadoes or hurricanes, and people who don’t have enough food or water.

For example,  some people can’t pay for their house because the mortgage is to high or they don’t have the money and they have to move out. One way to help them is by doing fundraisers and donations to the homeless. Some people might say “ But I don’t have time.” Then make time but you can still do other things.  But other people are hit by Hurricanes, or Tornadoes, or even tsunamis.

For instance, in Mexico a lot of people were hit by a Hurricane and that was how they became homeless. Some went to a shelter but some might have stayed on the street.  One way to help them is by helping to fix their homes. Some others might say it takes to much time but their is one more way. But if others are on the street they might not get what they need.

One other example,  is some are on the street and they don’t get the food or the water they need. For example I saw a homeless once and I gave them some of my food. One other way is you could donate to the food pantry. Others might say but why do I have to? Because they are human beings and they  part of our world to and they should be treated the same way we are treated. After giving  I felt really good about myself!

From reading some disadvantages and some ways to help. I think people should help the homeless. Their are homeless people 150 million to be exact. Some can’t pay for their house, some are hit by tornadoes or hurricanes, and some can’t get what they need. Their are many ways to help the homeless and probably more. Now I think you should go help the homeless!

James Naismith had a creative childhood. He was born in Canada on November 6th, 1861. James loved playing sports and he was really good at them. James was the best at lacrosse and rugby. Playing sports helped James when he was growing and this helped with his later inventions.

James Naismith had  some cool accomplishments. In 1891 james  came up to invent a game in  springfeild,Massachusetts at the YMCA it was basketball. He also built  and designed a early football helmet in 1898. Iast he wrote and published a book called “basketball” in 1941. When james was inventing, creating, and writing it was not that easy he did have some obstacles.

James had some roadblocks. One was he was challenged to create a game. It had to be played in and outdoors because of the cold massachusetts winters. Last it had to distract a rowdy group of students. Two weeks was his deadline. But even though he invented many things, cool inventions, and had some roadblocks there are still some interesting facts about James Naismiths life.

James Naismith had a interesting life style outside of inventing. In college he studied to be a minister. He graduated from Mc gill university. He thought that he could help people in through athletics and the church. The YMCA agreed with James that they should combined church and religion. James Naismith had a creative and awesome life.

Have you ever played basketball before? Playing basketball is hard work but it’s fun and it’s good exercise for your body! If you want to become a good teammate and playing a position hears some important info your going to need about basketball. In order to play basketball you need to be in a position on the court like a forward, point guard, or a guard, you also need to try to make friends, and the last thing is a important one you and your team need to try your hardest to get in to the finals of your tournament. 

One of the first things you are going to do to be a basketball player is  you need to be playing a position like I am a forward. For example if your tall like me and you play forward you can cut and switch with another teammate then they pass you the ball and then you can go in for a layup. Another example is if the other team gets the ball and you are at half court and the person is dribbling the ball up you can steal it when they pass half court then you can go in for a layup. When you play a position you also going to have to try to make friends with the people on your team.

Second you need to try to make friends when you play basket ball because for example when you are playing and you are open you are going to need to know the persons name and then you can call out there name because your need to know the persons name on the court. Another example is if you want to have a conversation after your game everyone wants to know stuff about people but not everyone. When you want to know stuff about someone you and your team are going to have to try your best to get in to the finals of your tournament.

Last you and your team are going to try your best to get in to the finals of your tournament. For example me and my team worked at our best and I think that you and your team should do the same so you and your team to be the most successful. Another example is you and your team should practice at home and at the place your team practices just like  we did. These are some of the most important  things your going to need on the basketball court and off of the basket ball court.

When you play basket ball you need to have a position you play like a forward, point guard, or a guard, you also need to try to make friends, and last you and your team need to try to make the finals of your tournament. With this info you will be good at basketball in no time!

My name Sierra brown and today is Halloween. My class loves Halloween, I don’t like Halloween. But my annoying lab partner Joy keeps asking me things during class and it’s really annoying. I have been getting these weird phone calls and oh my phone is ringing ring ring ring uh it’s another weird phone who cares? Wait is that my mom over there? Is she really back? Ok ok me and my mom were in a car crash! I know I should be dead but my mom saved me. I only broke my arm but I’m ok now. Can I tell you something this is what the doctor told me “ Sierra we tried everything but we could not save her we lost her.” I cried the hole way home. When I got home I felt sorrow. Well I still have my dad. Uh here comes Silvia Richard. I don’t like Silvia Richard, so what do you want? I said I just wanted to tell you that I am better than you and that you will be nothing. She said. And you will be nothing but a bully. I said. Bye bye. She said. Now I am going trick or treating! I love trick or treating. I am going with my two best friends. Cecelia and Claire! I look in the mirror before I go and I see my mom! We are also going with Duncan. Me and Duncan go in the haunted house and Cecelia and Claire go. Now we’re done in the haunted house. Thank goodness we are not in there anymore. Now we are going trick or treating! Now we are going to get donuts! Uh there’s a robbery wait where did Seirra go! Wait there she is she’s taken away! Safety is the most important thing to animals and humans. Should animals be in captivity or the wild? In my opinion I think that animals should be in captivity  because they are safe from predators, can make a new home, and they can heel if they get injured.

Animals in captivity, such as a zoo can be safe from predators. For example in Ivan the shopping mall gorilla, Ivan was cared for in an enclosure, people and animals had a hard time getting to Ivan. This did mean Ivan was in captivity but he was safe from predators.

Animals in captivity, such as a sanctuary can make family’s. For example in Rags by Margot Theis Raven Rags was found by private Donovan and when Rags went to war the people there started to care for him and started a family. Rags and Donovan stared a strong bond to.

Animals in captivity in a zoo or a sanctuary can heel if they get injured. For example in Rags by Margot Theis Raven Rags was injured poorly and the hospital cared for him when Donovan was dead.

In conclusion I firmly think That animals can be content an  safe in captivity, in captivity animals  are safe from predators they also can start a family or a strong bond and they can  heel if they get hurt now you should donate to haws or a  local animal shelter.

In my opinion goosebumps is one of the greatest movies of all times! One reason that goosebumps is one of the greatest movies of all times is for example the setting is a old Carnival and it is giving the movie more of a scary look. Another reason is that goosebumps is a heart stopping must see movie is  theme is be careful is for example when the characters are on the ferris wheel  they were about to fall off. Finally the last reason is the person who plays r.l stine did a great job for example the person who played him Jack Black sounded like him and looked like him. Therefore, in my opinion goosebumps is a heart stopping must see movie because the setting gives the movie a more scary look to it, and the theme be carful because it’s showing there are traps and parts they can’t handle and finally the person who plays r.l stine Jack Black he does a great job. Now you should go to the store and buy the movie, and watch it at your next awesome family movie night.
